Background

Having spent many years in senior Corporate positions running multiple-site businesses for large Plc companies she gained broad commercial expertise and knowledge of what makes businesses successful and how to turn a failing business around from loss into significant profit. 

Much of her work is spent working with such businesses, helping and supporting the management teams through the sometimes painful change processes required to make lasting and sustained transformations of their business.
